Cancellation Policy
Please read the following policy carefully before booking your event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please notify us of any booking cancellations or changes as soon as possible by submitting them in writing via email. Dissatisfaction with a course alone does not qualify for a refund. Cancellations made more than two months before the event are eligible for a full refund, while those submitted between one and two months beforehand receive a 50 percent refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than one month prior to the event are not entitled to any refund. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events if circumstances require. In the event that we cancel an occasion, you may either transfer your booking to another date or request a complete refund. Additionally, if the minimum number of participants has not been reached fortyfive days before the course, we may postpone it. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any accommodation expenses, travel costs, or other losses you might incur as a result of an event being cancelled, postponed, or if you are unable to attend for reasons beyond our control (for example, transportation issues). Only those holding tickets are permitted to attend; additional guests may not be brought to the course.

Course synopsis
Inserta Ski Experience is our once-a-year full-arch event in Madonna di Campiglio — a small-group experience built around advanced education, skiing and time together away from the usual conference setting.
Stay at the 4-star Carlo Magno Hotel Spa & Resort, with ski-in/ski-out access, spa and wellness facilities and more than 60 km of slopes on the doorstep. During the day, you’re on the mountain. In the evenings, the focus shifts to digital full-arch workflows, guided surgery, immediate loading and prosthetic protocols, with time to talk cases properly with other clinicians.
Four nights in the Dolomites, half-board, transfers, skiing, focused education and a group small enough for the conversations to actually matter.

Aim
To provide experienced clinicians with a practical understanding of advanced digital full-arch workflows, combining prosthetically driven planning, stackable guided surgery, immediate loading and restorative protocols in a focused small-group setting.
Objectives
By the end of the programme, delegates will be able to:
- Understand the key principles of digital planning for FP1–FP3 full-arch cases.
- Apply prosthetically driven planning to improve implant positioning and case predictability.
- Understand stackable guide protocols for guided full-arch surgery.
- Review immediate-loading and provisionalisation strategies for full-arch treatment.
- Improve integration between the surgical, restorative and laboratory stages of treatment.
- Discuss real clinical cases, decision-making and workflow challenges with peers and faculty.

Eddy Marku
Practice & Lab Owner | International expert in digital full-arch workflows | Specialised in FP1–FP3 protocols and complex aesthetic cases
Trained in Milan and graduating in 2007, Eddy has built his career around complex implant restorations, high-aesthetic cases and digitally driven full-mouth rehabilitation, with a particular focus on the FP1 concept. As the owner and managing director of Dental By Design and Vivo Dental Laboratory, Eddy works at the intersection of clinical dentistry, laboratory execution and digital workflow design. His experience gives him a unique perspective on how full-arch cases should be planned, communicated, executed and restored with precision. Eddy is internationally recognised for his work in FP1 protocols, complex aesthetic rehabilitation and advanced digital workflows. He has lectured globally and is a faculty member for the International Master in Implant Dentistry at UNICAMILLUS in Rome, where he teaches full-mouth implant rehabilitation. Through his clinical, laboratory and educational work, Eddy helps clinicians understand not just the steps of a workflow, but the decisions behind them - from case planning and smile design to prosthetic execution and final delivery.
