Course synopsis
FP1 full-arch rehabilitation can deliver highly aesthetic outcomes, but it also leaves less margin for error than conventional FP3 treatment.
This focused lecture explores the clinical complications associated with FP1 treatment and the decisions that can help clinicians prevent, recognise and manage them.
Using clinical cases and practical examples, Dr Rokas Jancevicius will discuss patient selection, prosthetically driven implant positioning, surgical execution, hard and soft tissue management and restorative considerations.
Particular attention will be given to situations where the planned treatment does not progress as expected, helping delegates understand not only how FP1 should work, but how to respond when complications occur.
Not the simplified version. The clinical version.
Aim
To provide clinicians with a practical understanding of the risks and complications associated with FP1 full-arch rehabilitation and develop their ability to make informed clinical decisions throughout planning, surgery and restoration.
Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
- Case selection and risk assessment for FP1 treatment
- The relationship between prosthetic planning and implant positioning
- Surgical complications that can compromise the planned FP1 outcome
- Hard and soft tissue considerations in aesthetic full-arch rehabilitation
- Restorative and prosthetic complications
- How to recognise problems early and adapt the treatment plan
- Clinical strategies for complication management
- Lessons from real FP1 cases and outcomes
