Course synopsis
What does a full dual-arch rehabilitation look like when it's done in a single day? Come and see for yourself.
On Saturday 28 November, Dr Andrew Little treats a 62-year-old patient live at Precision Implant Clinic in Banbridge. The patient has worn dentures for over ten years and is ready for fixed teeth. The plan is four to six implants per arch, then fixed immediate temporaries fitted the same day.
The protocol behind it: Final X.
On average, it takes 18 hours of chair time to complete one full arch, from first appointment to final bridge. With Final X, we do it in 6.
Final X is Inserta's 7-step full-arch protocol: one standardised workflow from records to the definitive zirconia bridge. It brings together Inserta metal guides, P-1 and Profilo, AlliedStar scanning, Vatech CBCT, iMetric iCam photogrammetry, DentaFab printing and Aidite milling. The result is fewer appointments, fewer remakes, a more predictable fit, and a full-arch service you can actually scale.
**What you'll see live:**
→ Guided placement with the new Inserta metal bone-mounted guides
→ iMetric iCam data capture matched with the CBCT
→ Pre-printed temporaries connecting straight to Profilo abutments
→ The printing process behind same-day teeth
You'll follow every step on the big screen and take turns in pairs inside the surgery room. A real patient and the real workflow, from start to finish.
Free to attend. Only 14 places.
Aim
To show delegates how the Final X protocol delivers a predictable dual-arch rehabilitation, by watching a complete live case, from guided implant placement to fixed immediate temporaries in one day.
Objectives
By the end of the day, delegates will be able to:
- Describe the 7 steps of the Final X protocol, from records to the definitive zirconia bridge.
- Explain how Final X cuts average full-arch chair time from 18 hours to 6.
- Understand guided placement using Inserta metal bone-mounted surgical guides.
- Recognise how iMetric iCam photogrammetry captures implant positions and is matched with the CBCT.
- Understand how pre-printed immediate temporaries connect directly to Profilo abutments.
- Follow the printing workflow behind same-day fixed temporaries.
- Consider how a standardised full-arch workflow can reduce appointments and remakes in their own practice.
