It has been introduced as a reduced invasive prosthetic protocol to minimize soft and hard tissue trauma.
This therapy is based on delivering the final prosthetic abutment right after an immediate implantation procedure, which will never be unscrewed again.
The protocol aims to protect hard and soft tissues by minimizing the number of prosthetic component replacement events, as these frequent abutment exchanges disrupt the surrounding peri-implant mucosal barrier, causing microtrauma in this area and marginal bone loss.
Increased soft tissue volume and natural aesthetics.
This three-dimensional chamber is created between the horizontal offset on the implant and the outer design of the abutment. It allows for an increased connective soft tissue contact zone both in height and volume, which integrates with the transmucosal part of the implant, with the effect of sealing off and protecting the marginal bone.

Inserta P-3’s five degrees Conical connection design provides a tight, strong and stable fit between implant and abument, reduces peak stresses and thereby preserves the marginal bone. The interior of the implant is sealed off from surrounding tissue, minimising micromovements and microleakage.

Activa+® Surface
Activa+® by Inserta is a high-performance SLA surface boasting extensive healing capabilities.
This individually sandblasted, large grit, acid-etched surface creates an optimal surface roughness (1-2 SA) boosting enhanced osseointegration through greater bone-to-implant contact (BIC).
Introduced in 2003, Activa+® employs a large-grit sandblasting technique followed by acid-etching to create a unique topography ideal for cell attachment. Geometry and surface topography are the two key factors that determine the success of osseointegration in dental implants.
Activa+® SLA surface treatment has been shown to increase the success and survival rates of dental implants and reduce healing time after surgery.

Double Blade Drills Design
Double Blade Drills. Not only has Inserta’s double blade drills design been designed to sharply cut through any type of bone harvesting it, but also to support osseodensification (OD) procedures when used in reverse (anti-clockwise direction). This is based on the idea of preserving bone during the osteotomy preparation in order to expand the implant site as well as increase the stability of the implant in the jaw bone. Maintaining sufficient peri-implant bone density (BV%) is essential to achieve the optimal bone-to-implant contact(BIC) for obtaining a biomechanically stable implant.
Slow drilling protocol. Such a protocol allows for bone to be harvested that has the correct trabecular structure and is rich in signalling molecules. The recipient site has a transport network, the extracellular matrix. This is able to facilitate their movement, allowing for faster and more successful graft integration. The bone that can be harvested is the gold standard for these osteoconductive and osteoinductive reasons.
