Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These Terms of Service apply when you use the Inserta Dental website, mobile application, customer account, shop, academy and related services (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Inserta LTD (“Inserta”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly that it has been compromised. The Services are intended for adults and dental professionals or organisations purchasing or learning for professional purposes.

2. Products, orders and payments

Product descriptions, availability, prices, taxes and delivery estimates are shown before checkout and may vary by country, customer status or agreed price list. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or contact you about an order, including where an item or price is unavailable or incorrect. Payment providers may apply their own terms. Any mandatory consumer or business rights that apply to you are not excluded by these terms.

3. Courses and events

Course dates, locations, speakers and availability may change when reasonably necessary. Booking-specific cancellation, transfer or refund conditions shown during registration form part of these terms. Certificates or continuing professional development records are issued only where the stated attendance and completion requirements are met.

4. Professional and clinical responsibility

Content in the Services is for product information, professional education and general guidance. It does not replace clinical judgment, appropriate training, product instructions for use or applicable professional and regulatory obligations. You remain responsible for patient assessment, treatment decisions and lawful use of products.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, impersonate another person or use the Services in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights. You must not share patient-identifiable information through a feature unless that feature expressly supports it and you have a lawful basis to do so.

6. Intellectual property

Inserta and its licensors retain all rights in the Services and their content, branding, software, product materials and course resources. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell or commercially redistribute protected content unless we give written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Services may use or link to payment, mapping, calendar, communications and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Services accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Inserta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services, and our total liability relating to a paid order or booking will not exceed the amount paid for that order or booking, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Suspension and account deletion

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse or secure the Services. You can request account deletion from the Security section of your account. We may retain order, invoice, regulatory or other records where law requires or permits retention.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Services, law or business operations. Material changes will be communicated where required. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@inserta-dental.com or Inserta LTD, Office 12.08–12.10, 1 Lyric Square, London, W6 0NB, United Kingdom.
